We operate as a backend enablement and coordination service.
Our role is to support founders and brands by:
Providing clarity and execution guidance
Connecting with suitable third-party manufacturers, R&D labs, and service providers
Coordinating product development (limited and category-specific)
Coordinating manufacturing, packaging, and first-order delivery
We do not operate as:
A manufacturer
A marketing or sales agency
A distributor or retailer
A revenue-sharing or profit-partner entity
2️⃣ THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY
All manufacturing, R&D, packaging, logistics, and compliance activities are performed by
independent third-party partners.
We do not own or control third-party facilities
Timelines, costs, quality, and approvals depend on third-party performance and external
factors
Delays, revisions, or changes may occur beyond our direct control
Our responsibility is limited to enablement, coordination, and communication support.
3️⃣ SCOPE OF SERVICES
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, our scope includes:
Founder guidance and execution clarity
Product feasibility assessment
Limited product development support (where applicable)
Third-party manufacturing and packaging coordination
First-order execution support only
The following are clearly excluded:
Sales, marketing, branding, and distribution
Ongoing production beyond the first delivery
Market success, revenue, or profitability guarantees
4️⃣ PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & R&D
Product development and R&D support is limited and category-specific
In many cases, R&D is carried out by external labs or manufacturers
We do not guarantee formulation ownership, exclusivity, or IP rights unless agreed
separately in writing
5️⃣ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate product requirements and inputs
Approving formulations, packaging, costs, and timelines
Obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and registrations
Making payments as per agreed timelines
Delays caused by missing approvals, inputs, or payments are not our responsibility.
6️⃣ FEES & PAYMENTS
All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Third-party costs are payable separately as agreed
Failure to adhere to payment schedules may pause or terminate the project
7️⃣ NO GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee:
Sales performance or market acceptance
Profitability or business success
Regulatory approval timelines
Investor interest or funding outcomes
Our role is execution enablement, not outcome assurance.
8️⃣ CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all client information as confidential.
However, information required for execution may be shared with relevant third-party
partners on a need-to-know basis.
9️⃣ RIGHT TO DECLINE OR EXIT
We reserve the right to:
Decline projects that are infeasible or misaligned
Pause or exit engagements due to non-payment, non-cooperation, or unrealistic
expectations
🔒 FINAL LEGAL CLARITY
By engaging with our services, the client acknowledges that this is a service-based
enablement engagement and not a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or
revenue-sharing arrangement.
